Simply add your services, set your availability, and define your charges. Once your link is ready, share it with your followers, who can easily book a call to connect with you directly.
  • Is using YouAsk free? add
    Yes! Our platform is free to use. We only charge a small 7% commission on your earnings, ensuring we grow together with your success.
  • How far in advance do I need to book a session? add
    Bookings must be made at least 6 hours before the session start time. You can schedule sessions up to 7 days in advance.
  • What happens if I try to book a session less than 6 hours before the start time? add
    Sessions will no longer be available for booking if there are less than 6 hours remaining before the scheduled start time.
  • When can I join the session? add
    You can join the session up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • What if I can’t attend my scheduled session? add
    If you are unable to attend or need to leave early, the host is required to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes before ending the session or until the remaining session time expires, whichever comes first.

    If the host does not join or leaves during the session, you should wait for at least 10 minutes before leaving.
  • What types of services can I create or book? add
    YouAsk offers a wide range of professional services, including IT, marketing, accounting, teaching, and many more. You can both provide and book services to enhance your skills and earnings.
  • How much can I charge for my sessions? add
    The pricing of your sessions is entirely up to you. You can choose to offer your services for free or set a specific rate based on the value you provide.
  • Can I offer services in multiple categories? add
    Yes! You can list multiple services across various categories based on your expertise, allowing you to reach a broader audience.
  • Is there a review or rating system for service providers? add
    Yes, after each completed session, users can leave reviews and ratings to maintain service quality and improve the overall experience.
  • Can I cancel my booking? add
    Yes, you may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled session start time and receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.
  • What if the host cancels the session? add
    If the host cancels the session at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, the user will receive a full refund.
  • What happens if neither the host nor the user attends the session? add
    If both the host and the user fail to attend, the full amount will be refunded to the user’s account.
  • What if I am dissatisfied with the service? add
    If you are dissatisfied with a session, you can raise a dispute within 24 hours. Our internal team will review the case and determine if a refund is warranted.
  • Can I get a refund if I end the session early due to an issue? add
    If you leave a session early due to an issue and raise a dispute within 24 hours, our team will review the case. You may receive a partial refund of up to 50%, or a higher amount depending on the circumstances.
  • What if there are technical issues during the session? add
    If technical issues, network problems, power failures, or hardware malfunctions occur on the host’s end, you can raise a dispute within 24 hours. If the claim is valid, a partial refund may be issued.
  • How long does it take to process refunds? add
    Refunds are processed within 2 working days after our internal review is completed.
  • What happens after a service is successfully completed? add
    Once the service is completed, the payment will be transferred to the host’s account within 2 working days.
